Yoga done a little bit differently…
Sessions are tailored to help you move and flow in the best way for your body. Everyone is a beginner at something, and every movement is an option with modifications for where you’re at — that week, in the moment. We build a routine over a season with tips and tricks to take home. We keep it friendly and supportive, cheering each other on as we work towards mini-goals.
Evening format:
- Begin (5.40pm) — aimed at those getting back into yoga, just starting out, or wanting a more relaxed hatha-style class. ALL ABILITIES
- Hatha (6.45pm) — a little bit more adventurous, a little bit stronger with added somatic instruction to help you build awareness and resilience. KNOWS THE BASICS
- Restore (7.50pm) — simply indulgent, deeply calming, and designed for chilling with restorative poses and sound bowl immersion. ALL ABILITIES

- Classes are £10 drop-in
- Block of 5 classes: £45 (10% discount)
- Block of 10 classes: £80 (20% discount)
- All sessions are held in the Kendal United Reform Church. Please use the front blue door to access the building.
- Parking is available in town car parks; please do not park on site.
- Wear comfy clothes and layers so you are warm for savasana at the end.
