THE SIX WEEK RE-SET

Join one of my upcoming super friendly, fully relaxing, body-resetting session blocks. Six weeks of bliss to help you re-balance and re-energize.

Sessions will incorporate a mix of joint mobility, gentle strengthening, relaxation and sound bowls. Suitable for all.

All sessions are from 6.30pm-8pm Wednesdays available as either £15 Drop-in | £72 6 Week Block.

Our venue is the wonderfully intimate Waterside Cafe and Bistro (Map below).

Spring: Feb 1st, 8th, 15th & March 1st, 8th, 15th

Summer: May 10th, 17th, 24th & June 6th, 14th, 21st

Autumn: TBC

Winter: TBC
